If you do not see tracking updates immediately, this is normal during the initial transit stage. Your parcel may still be in transit and will be updated once it reaches the next scanning point.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 business days of delivery, and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case as quickly as possible and work to resolve the issue fairly.
